vegan french toast

Sliced bread
oil for frying, I used coconut
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp. peanut flour ( i used ww spelt, im sure any flour will work, the peanut four makes this recipe gluten free)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix everything but bread together in a small dish, and let sit for about 15 min. (gives it time to thicken up). Pour into a shallow dish. Heat pan on med heat, and oil. Soak each side of bread, and fry until golden brown.
