Hey everyone! :)
Just thought I'd drop a note and remind everyone that polygamy is not an exclusive "members only" club and you should never, ever have to pay to learn about it.
This is the information age and the internet has made the gathering and dissemination of information that much easier for everyone.
For the record, this site is an out of pocket expense that is a labor of love for the advancement and broadcasting of information concerning polygamy.
We have only ever asked for donations to keep the information freely available to all who seek after it.
This isn't the dark ages. Information is free.
Freedom, indeed, is not free ;) Just ask the Sons of Liberty. The Tree of Liberty needs to be watered.

I'm sad but not surprised that my post never went through on this "supposed" open site got removed.
Reverse discrimination is still discrimination.
Maybe you all should ask PrincipleVoices how well they do without funding.

My goodness Sunny, sometimes people just donate to a good site without being lured in with false promises.
I am pretty poor, but 4thefamily is such a fantastic place for learning that I still find a way to donate.
Polygamy Chat is great here. Also the unbiased and informative information has taught me more than any other site.
The open forum here at 4thefamily, where differing views and questions are not crushed by a megalomaniacal administrator is like fresh air on the polygamy internet.
Like the groups you control, however, this site is not a public service. The owners have the power to decide policy.
Please, find true peace. I have found peace, knowledge and friendship at 4thefamily. You should really join us here, where the REAL proponents of polygamy can openly talk about the issues.

Before you go off on a "freedom of speech" rant, I think you need to be informed that the Bill of Rights never guaranteed freedom of speech "everywhere". Only on the commons and in the press.

I am not sure why someone is name calling and being so not-nice. Personally, I love the site. I have lots of fun chatting with those who believe like I do and those who do not. Some folks had rather do the dishes, straighten the house then take a walk with friends. I had much rather take the walk first, there will always be dishes to wash and a house to clean. I don't know why all people couldn't just get along, whither they agree or not. I like to listen, learn what I can and put the rest on a shelf until I have either more knowledge and can accept it, or use it to help me understand where others are coming from. Either way, I try to understand. I am not sure why I got on that tangent. Well, anyway, I love the site. Keep up the great work.

This site has been the best for learning about polygamy and also is a place where I can find answers.
With open forums, learning is unhindered.
I will be making a donation to help defray the cost of TRUE freedom.
That is money well spent.
