Meraunge cookies

Basic ratio
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Vinniger
1/2 cup additives (chocolate chips ect)

Let eggs warm to room tempurature. Mix everything but additives on high with a beater, it can be done by hand, but is very difficult, have help if you must go down that road. Whip untill light and fluffy and meraunge forms stiff peaks, It should cling to a spatuala even if helf upside down. Mix in additives.
Bake at 350 untill slighly browened. Timing varies depending on how large you make the cookies, usually I make 6 or 12 per sheet, larger cookies (4 or 2 per sheet) have a very bad tennency not to get done in the middle. For chewier cookies cook at 250, but this can take a very long time to bake (appx 35 minutes per sheet for large)

My favorite cookies, very sweet and requires extremely few ingredients, or at least requires only things that I always have.
