Where is it in either the Appellate or Texas Supreme Court ruling does it show ANY attachments or restriction instructed in the order to vacate the ruling of Judge Walthers?
There is none that I read. The TRLA (Texas RioGrande Legal Aid) lawyers had worked out a good deal with the CPS to allow for the return of the children.
Walther said, 'no, here are the terms you MUST agree to'. This judge is wacked! She had her hand slapped by the Appellate Court AND the Supreme Court in Texas and NOW SHE IS AT IT AGAIN!
Does anyone here believe the FLDS can get justice from the bench where this woman judge sits?
She should recuse herself for bigotry and let another judge take over.
Then she should retire so she can do no more harm to other innocents.
What SHOULD happen is impeachment and prosecution.

There are three little words which tear at the heart of any american. Those words are: "Above The Law". Does this judge in texas think she fits into that catagory? Do her actions not speak loudly that she does hold this thought? Should not there be actions taken which clearly and definately speak the words: "NO YOU AREN'T"?
