Resources for a Pastor

I'm looking for resources for a Pastor who wishes to officiate plural marriages. Now, this isn't about mass weddings, where one man would marry more than one woman at a single time. The resources desired would be simply talking about marriages for wives beyond the first. If there is a book (which would be great), websites, articles, anything, these would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I don't know if you have read Polygamy in the Bible by Ogden Kraut but it is chock full of references which may help. While it is a Mormon book by nature, the references are biblical.

The 27 Rules of Family Government, written by Mormon Apostle Orson Pratt,who had 10 wives and 56 children, is also an excellent place to get ideas. It is first on the list.
