Hi everyone. We are a couple thinking about a sisterwife. We are fairly new to the whole concept partly because we are both conservative Christians, but trying to become open minded. My wife is the one who keeps bringing it up because she needs the sister connection. Me, I could take it or leave it, but I admit it does seem like a good arrangement for a family. We are both somewhat high achievers, perfectionists, and take life seriously. We DO know how to have fun; we work hard and play hard. We save/invest a fair portion of our income and do NOT live paycheck to paycheck. I am a professional graduate student; wife is stay-at-home student (online). Eillem Hi! My husband & I also don't know how to go about finding a sister/wife! The only resource seems to be the internet, but then it seems dangerous to invite someone you don't know at all into your home just to get to know them.

True its not safe to invite any stranger into your life, but before the two of you meet you were both strangers to each other.
By finding someone online is the easy way over trying to advertise the lifestyle that we live with more than one mate. You need to be cautious about anything, meeting the people online, getting real information, real phone numbers that are from people who don't lie or lead you on and play games with you.
Once you've found someone, then set up a public meeting. If that person is from the other side of the country, then ask for proper ID's that prove who they are before you invite them for a week to visit you in your own home.
I've done all the above, as yet all have been honest with me. You let your trusted friend outside you family know what is going on as well with the info that you received from your new friend online.
I've been burned by a few girls who said send money then I'll come so I don't do that anymore as they didn't show up. Now every one who wants to visit pay's their own way, to prove they are sincere.
Once we have agreed on building a family together then the next steps start. Moving in with us, selling their things and relocating to our home.
Its up to you how you decide to make the meet but be safe in every meeting at all times.
