Blue Cheese dressing /dip
Blue Cheese Dressing
1 1/2 cups mayonaise(NOT MIRACLE WHIP)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar OR 1 tblp Splenda
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 to 8 oz of good quality blue cheese (depending on how strong you like it)
Put all the ingredients except cheese into a quart mason jar, screw on the lid and shake hard till nice and creamy.
Add cheese crumbled to the consistancy you want. I leave it chunky for salad dressing and fine for vegetable and wing dip.
Shake again and chill for at least 2 hours to let the cheese flavor develope.
