Honey Mustard Marinade
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup good quality olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or ( 1 tsp dried but fresh is better)
1-2 large cloves of garlic pressed
2 tablespoons liquid honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over either chicken or pork. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or for at least 2 hours up to overnight in the fridge.If done in the fridge let meat warm up at least 30 minutes before cooking
Meat will taste best on BBQ but it must be turned frequently to avoid having the honey burn.
It can also be broiled or cooked on a George Foreman style grill.
