Poly Legal Defense Fund

On the surface it sounds like a good idea, and I perhaps would help to support it. However upon thinking of the details there arise some unanswered questions. How would such a fund be administrated? Who would administer it? How would it be decided who was to receive the help offered by this fund and who was not? What sort of protections can we provide ourselves from being ripped off, scrutinized by govt types, and perhaps being shut down or prosecuted for supporting illegal activity? These questions must be adressed before such an endeavor can take place. As I said in the beginning, I would support it, but some thought needs to go into this.
